Bonaparte at Marengo - Strategy/War Game by Simmons Games (2005)
On the 14th June 1800, The French Army under Napoleon Bonaparte was taken by surprise and attacked by the Austrian Army under General Melas.
Outnumbered and out-gunned , the French were Defeated and forced to retreat, but later that same Day,French reinforcements arrived under 
General Desaix, and in what amounted to a Second Battle the French counter attacked and won,taking thousands of Prisoners and driving the 
Austrians from the Field.
This was the Battle Napoleon would later look back on with the most Pride.
This Game recreates that Famous Battle.
The Game created by Simmons Games took years to develop with its unique Grid system and hidden fog of war Units there is no luck only Strategy and
Clever Tactics will win the Day.
The Quality of the Components is Excellent with Red & Blue Wooden Blocks etched with the Unit Type representing the French and Austrian Forces,
these Blocks and the Map Quality give the Game that atmospheric feel. 
The Game is for 2 Players,Aged 12 Years to Adult.

The Game is Complete and the Contents are in Excellent Condition
(The Box says there should be 2 sets of Rules but this came New with only 1 set so not sure if this is a Box error)
The Box is also Excellent for its Age.
