Situation 4  - War / Strategy Board Game by Parker (1968)
This is a unique game combining a traditional War Game and a Jigsaw puzzle .
The Board shows a Traditional Battle Ground Map containing Tank Bases,Paratroop Bases,Rivers,Woodland,Roads and wetlands .
The aim of the Game is to gain more points than your opponent by controlling more areas of the Board .
Each area has more strategic value shown by its point value.
Each player or team has a complete jigsaw puzzle of the board, identical except for color. Both puzzles are played on the same area..
Each Player starts there puzzle on their side and with speed slowly moves inland trying to reach there initial Goals such as high point value areas ,Tank Bases,Parachute Bases or River Crossing Places .
Once you succeed in creating a Tank Base you are given 3 Tanks Units which you can move to protect your Areas ,if you Build your Paratrooper Bases you are given 3 Paratrooper Units  which allow you to move onto your Opponents Territory and start a New Beachhead attack ,By reaching the River you are given 2 Bridges allowing you to cross the river into new territory.
When the Map is complete you add up your points Total defined by your colour of Jigsaw with the winner being the Person or Team with the most points.
This is a real unique Game of speed and strategy.
The Game is for 2 Players or 2 Teams,Aged 8 Years to Adult.
The Game is complete and the contents are in Very Good Condition.
The Box is in Very good condition for its Age
