This is a enormous Game in Scope as it covers the grand plan that General Montgomery devised which he thought could shorten the War, as he planned a ambitious scheme to grab by surprise the key bridges leading to Germany, 

Highway to the Reich is a tactical company/troop level simulation of the Allied/German combat which took place during the critical ten day period of Operation Market-Garden: September 17-26, 1944. The game simulates the over 35,000 Allies dropped from the skies of Holland to take and hold a crucial stretch of highway with its bridges.

Contains four 22" x 34" four color soft maps (in use the maps require 108" x 34"),  2,400 die-cut counter playing pieces (2400 total on 6 counter sheets), 32 page rule book, various charts and playing aids including German off board movement. This is the 2nd Edition with the improved rules clarification
In the Game you can play the individual Games of each Bridge or the enormous Game of the full Campaign, in the Game you can simulate the original Drop Zones for the Paratroopers or use your own drop areas in the difficult terrain  which could cause excessive losses but get you closer to your objectives.
The Game is complete and the Contents are in a very good unplayed condition with all the counters unpunched from their sheets.
The Box is in Good plus condition for its Age.
