Space 1999 Science Fiction Board Game by Omnia (1974)
Test your Skill and Nerve in this absorbing Game of Space Adventure ,Set in the Year 1999 and based on the exploits of Commander John Koenig and his Crew,
who must obtain Supplies of Meta Energy to enable them to return safely to Earth.
Use Strategy to Plan and execute the greatest Space Invasion of all time.
In the center of the circular game board is the planet Meta which is rich in Meta Energy Cores. 
To Reach "Meta" each Commander and his four Eagle Space Transporters must cross Space containing an Asteroid Barrier, A Magnetic Field and Radiation Belt
To Cross these different Barriers the Commanders have a limited range of Weapons which keeps small Areas of the Barriers open ,
without these Openings the Barriers are impassable.
The First Commander to retrieve an Energy Core and return to base is the Winner, 
This is no easy Task as one Player controls the Meta Alien Ships intent on destroying the Eagles Space Transporters, it is also made difficult by your own cunning Commanders
who will take Weapons left on the Board to close the different Barriers to Trap you and leave you at the mercy of the Meta Alien Ships.
The Game is for 3 to 5 Players,Aged 10 Years to Adult.

The Game is Complete and the Contents are in Very Good Condition.
The Box is also in Good to Very Good Condition for its Age.
