In the year 1745 Bonnie Prince Charlie set sail from France to capture the Throne of England for the deposed House of Stuart,
It was a Gamble for Charles sailed with only a few trusted Companions and unaware of the Reception he would be greeted with on his arrival in the Scottish Highlands.
But the events that followed are the stuff of Legends as Charles and his Army of Highlanders marched on London.
A French Naval Force failed to invade and Charles and his Army were forced to retreat and this ended with his defeat at Culloden which smashed the Clans
and thus ended the Jacobite Rebellion.
After many Adventures Charles returned to France and the Legend of "The 45" was born.
This game simulates the rebellion, and allows six different turning points to be re-considered.
These each act as scenarios or the game can be played as a campaign.
The Game features an accurate order of Battle for the Armies, Players will control the actual Forces that fought or could have fought in the Campaign.
The Units Scale is Regimental and Squadrons of Ships
352 counters represent regimental level units and squadrons of ships.
Map of England is broken into boxes representing regions.
The Game is for 2 Players,Aged 12 Years to Adult.
The Game is Complete and Unplayed with all the Counters still unpunched from their Sheets.
The Box is in Good Condition for its Age.
