This is the Great Swashbuckling Game of Pirates and Treasure
The Aim in Buccaneer is to be the first Pirate to collect Treasure up to the Value of 20 Points,
 each Treasure (Diamonds,Rubies,Gold,Pearls,Barrels of Rum) have a Different Point Value.
The Treasure can be collected in different ways , you can visit Treasure Island,You can trade at any of the Sea Ports or you could fight it for it on the high seas.
At Treasure Island you must take a Chance Card, most of these are Good and allow you to Take Treasure or Pick up extra Crew but beware there are Dangers as your Crew could desert you or your Crew and Treasure could be washed overboard and even Yellow Fever could outbreak etc
The Movement and Fighting strength of your Ship is governed by your Crew Cards .
This is a Great Game for young and Old as you Sail around the Map Fighting and Collecting Treasure.
The Box Art on the Box Lid is a Superb illustration as is the illustration on the inside
The Game is for 2-6 players, 8 years to Adult.

The Game is Complete and the contents are in Excellent Condition
The Box is in Very Good Condition for its Age
This is a much sought after Version of this Classic Game ,not only because of the Artwork on the Box Lid and Inner Card and the nice Quality Treasure items which retained the Wooden Barrels of Rum which were later replaced by Plastic  but it allows for upto Six Players to Play where later Versions were reduced to upto 4 Players.
