Ulcers - The Family Board Game by Waddingtons (1969)
This is a Fun Game based on running a Company , you must hire Staff which are Two Secretaries,Two Salesmen,One Sales Manager,One Vice President and One President.
You decide what Wages to Pay them , but there are hierarchy rules where you cannot pay Secretaries More than your Salesmen, your Salesmen more than your Sales Manager and so on.
The Winner is the First Player to fully Staff their Company and reach the End of the Year.
This is not easy, as there is not enough Staff in the Game for all the Players, you must choose their Wages carefully, too low and one of your Competitors could make them a better offer and they will Leave you, Pay too Much and you could be made Bankrupt.
There are "Ulcer Cards" which are mostly bad which will punish you financially or have your hard earned Staff walking Out. 
This is a light hearted Game which all the Family will enjoy and will certainly take you back to a bygone Era when you see the Stereotype Staff Cards.
The Game is for 2 to 4 Players ,Aged 10 Years to Adult.

The Game is Complete and the Contents are in Good to Very Good Condition
The Box is in Good Plus Condition for its Age, with some Sellotape residue and creasing to the Base and a few Age related Storage Marks but otherwise a very nice example.
