Master Builder Board Game by Valley Games (2008)
In this Game you take the role of a Master Builder in the Middle Ages where you must employ Foremen,Tradesmen and Apprentices.
You bid on building Contracts and with your Workforce construct Buildings.
Upon Completion of your Buildings you receive Payment which will pay your workforce.
Unforeseen events such as Fires,Town Fairs can disrupt your Business , also you have to deal with unreliable employees who might now even show up for work..
The Beauty of this Game is you can see your handy work as all the Buildings you create come to life  in 3D Models.
The Winner is the one with the most Money at the end of the Game and he will be crowned the "Master Builder"
The Game is for 2 to 4 Players, Aged 10 Years to Adult.
