Each Player is competing to be the best P.I in the City.
The Twist in the Game is that each Player has their own Case to solve,
the details of which are known by the Player to their Right, you are racing to solve the case before your competing Players,
attempting to work out the Crime,The Suspect and the Location.
Each turn will reduce the possibilities .
