World Class Football Board Game by Football International (1983)
World Class Football is an amazing Football Simulation that depicts all the important aspects of League/Cup Football in a Game giving you complete control over Strategy and Tactics.
You are the Manager of your Chosen Team and as the Game progresses will have access to 120 Players each with their own unique abilities in order to put together a Title Winning Side.
The Game can be played in Basic or Comprehensive Version,  you choose your Team , Pick your 11 Players from your Squad of 15  (Each Player has his own Statistics and Playing Position),choose your Formation (4-4-2, 4-3-3,5-3-2 etc etc) and you can choose your style of Play (Conservative,Balanced or all out attack) which you can change during the Match.
The Game Features Action Cards and Defense Cards (Man to Man or Zonal Defence) and even advantage or dis-advantages whether Playing at Home or Away
The Game contains all the elements of Football (Passing,Tackling,Shooting,Saving,Corners,Free Kicks,Throw In's,Injuries etc etc)
Contents: Board with a pitch divided into 5 zones, an acetate overlay to show teams moving up and down the pitch, 40 action cards, 12 defense cards, 3 dice, ball marker, team sets with 15 individual player cards and a team roster card.
The game is played in real time with 45 minutes per half.
The game came with a selection of  Four 1982-83 English or Scottish teams but in this edition 4 extra Teams were Purchased
